This disk BOOT62BIH.IMG contians a modified BIOS22IH.ASM

This disk does NOT auto-detect disk formats by reading the
MAGIC (Drive Definition Table) from the disk.

Instead, it simply assumes that

Drives A: B: C: and D: are always PC1440 format

Drives E: and F: are always IBM3740 format

Drives I: and J: are always 4MB hard drive images as used by Z80-SIM

This allows this bios to be used to exchange files between Z80-SIM
disk images and Z80Emulator Disk images.

Plus, this bios may be moved to any Z80-Emulator PC1440 CPM 2.2 disk image
and still work properly. (unless you have made your own
Disk formats that must be recognized by reading the Disk Definition Table BIOS22 and BIOS22I)

WARNING - HARDDRIVEs are permanent. Do NOT attempt to swap hard drives.
CPM does NOT check them for disk changes.

The uninitialized BIOS parameters have been moved from FC00 to FA00 to
give enough space to define the extra Drive data structures required.
Xbios62 will still load and run at F600-F9FF, which is unused and
reserved for xbios.

The Z80-SIM packages at ftp://unix4fun.org have many CPM programs
that can be fun and usefull. They come in IBM3740 images and/or
a 4MB HD image. So i made this special BIOS to allow the disks
for Z80-SIM to be read and writen. You can tranfer files from
Z80-SIM disk images to PC1440 disk images.

The normal CPM 2.2, CPM 3.0 and MPM2 PC1440 disk images for the
Z80 Emulator by Joe Moore do not support these Z80-SIM formats
